Together with Ben, Pearson co-founded our firm with a shared passion for advocating for individuals and ensuring businesses are held accountable for misconduct. His dedication to client-focused solutions and ethical practices sets him apart as a trusted advisor.

Beyond his legal practice, Pearson has extensive expertise in legal ethics and the attorney disciplinary process. He previously served as a member and Chair of the State Bar of Georgia’s State Disciplinary Board and as a member of the State Disciplinary Review Board, demonstrating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of the legal profession.
